We first found out about “the first look”, after our own wedding photographer suggested it to us! We’re so glad she did, because we cherish very fond memories about that moment. The look on Jelger’s face when he first saw me, is something I’ll never forget. All the stress and the months of preparation were forgotten in that instant where everything came together perfectly.

Why we loved the first look on our wedding day

This being said, of course there are numerous reasons why a first look is possible or why a couple doesn’t choose to do it. And for us that is perfect too. We just want to make sure everyone knows that the option exists!
